Apple Cucumber Tomato Salad

Start your day with this refreshing Cucumber, Apple and Tomato Salad. This salad offers a vibrant mix of flavours, colors and textures, thanks to the contrasting nature of the fruits and veggies used in it. Lemon adds more tang to this recipe.

  • 1/2 finely chopped apple
  • 1/2 finely chopped Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup moong sprouts
  • 1/4 cup black chickpeas sprouts
  • 1/2 lemon


  1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Squeeze lemon.
