Veg. Cheese sandwich

We all like cheese!!! Here’s one of its kind of cheese sandwich. Let’s see what we have in this:

Brown bread (2 slices)
Peanut butter
Cheese slices (2 Nos)
Cucumber (sliced)
Tomatoes (sliced)
Onion (sliced)
Chaat masala
Mozzarella cheese
Chili tomato sauce
1. Bring tawa to heat. Toast bread slices from one side. 
2.Now place the bread slices on plate with toasted side up. 
3. Apply peanut butter on both slices. 
4. Put one slice on tawa. 
5. Place cheese slice over it. 
6. Now place cucumber, tomatoes, onions. 
7. Sprinkle chaat masaala. 
8. Now place a cheese slice over it. 
9. Cover this with the second bread slice. 
10. Turn the sandwich to roast the other side. 
11. Press the sandwich to close it well. 
12. Once roasted bring it to plate. 
13. Now grate mozzarella cheese over the sandwich. 
14. Spread sauce over the sandwich.
Yayy!!! It's done.

Note: you may prepare this in grill toaster also.
